Happiness is a warm iron
Yes, that's all it takes nowadays
Today, I splurged.
I realize that by posting this, you may look at me in a different light - a spoiled left-coaster who indulges in useless toys, only to forget them over time and constantly move on to the next big thing.
Today, I bought a new iron.
Yes, this iron!
Let me tell you, there may not be a more satisfying feeling than turning on a new iron, moving the digital heat display up to "5" (yeah, I roll like that), and smoothing out all the wrinkles in a shirt which were the result of forgetting the laundry in the dryer the night before.
Yes, Dad, I do feel older.
